NORWALK, Conn., August 13, 2026 – Sound Control Technologies (SCT), a leader in professional AV extension and connectivity solutions, today announced the RTK-X3, a USB 3.2 table extension kit that combines integrated host switching, uncompressed SuperSpeed USB 3.2, DisplayPort Alt Mode video, and dynamic charging into a streamlined single-cable laptop experience for BYOD meeting spaces.
Supporting up to three USB-C laptops and one HDMI® source at the table, the RTK-X3 allows users to connect, charge, and switch hosts without external switchers, additional network infrastructure, or extra cable pulls. Dynamic Extended Power Range (EPR) sharing delivers up to 180W of total charging power across connected devices.
